Our testimony — why Psalmr exists
I was a nurse who wrote gospel music. Then I got hurt at work, and waited more than eight months for my claim. In that same season, my brother back home in Liberia fell critically ill — in a coma — and everything felt like it was caving in.
I never stopped releasing praise. But in the season I needed it most, even a Juno nomination couldn’t sustain my family.
My little brother Andy kept asking how we could help. We prayed, we dreamed — and God gave us Psalmr: a place where your community can stand behind you, so the music finally sustains the ones who make it.
