Copyright & Takedown
How to report content you believe infringes your rights.
Last updated June 4, 2026
Draft for review. Bracketed items (entity, province, contact addresses) must be finalized before launch.
Our policy
Psalmr is for independent, rights-holding artists, and every artist warrants they own or control the rights to what they upload. If you believe content on Psalmr infringes your copyright, tell us and we'll act on it. In Canada we follow the Notice-and-Notice regime: we forward valid notices and may remove content and act against repeat infringers.
How to send a notice
Email copyright@psalmr.com with a notice that includes:
- your name and contact information;
- identification of the work you say is infringed;
- the location on Psalmr of the allegedly infringing content (the artist page URL and which track/post);
- a statement of your good-faith belief that the use isn't authorized by you, your agent, or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
What happens next
We'll review valid notices, may forward the notice to the artist, and may remove or disable access to the content. If you're an artist whose content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
