Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for support and love-offerings.

1. Recurring support
You can cancel recurring support at any time from your account or Stripe's customer portal. When you cancel, your support stops renewing and your supporter access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't provide prorated or partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period.
2. Love-offerings (one-time tips)
Love-offerings are one-time gifts to an artist and are final and non-refundable once processed.
3. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or an obvious mistake — contact us at legal@psalmr.com and we'll review and refund a genuine error. Where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law, we'll honour it.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. The platform fee on a refunded transaction is returned with it.
